I have a very limited space to build a complete gym I.e elliptical, power rack, adjustable dumbbells etc. so I was on the market for a multifunctional bench
For the price and flexibility I really like it. Much better than my last one
Versatility - I enjoy the small footprint. I can do leg extensions, chest, even some biceps.
Sturdiness - for the 3 bench press exercises I find it very sturdy. I do about 80-90lbs dumbbells in each hand and I don't really feel any wobbling.
Where the wobbling comes into play are leg extensions. I feel like the starting position should go lower. But I make do. This is my least favorite thing about it.
My other complaint is bench decline. I feel like the seat doesn't allow for a nice straight decline. It has a seat then declines. Not used to it but again, I make do.
So for this price range I found it to be the best for multifunctional benches. I'm sure above 200 there could be better.
For comparison I owned the Walmart CAP version of this bench and a no name Amazon one. Returned the other 2.
Given the budget I was on I would buy it again.

Yes. There is a video on the page that shows leg curls towards the end.

The only thing you lose buy going with the other one is the attached but removeable preacher bar. Which is good for biceps and in this setup back. But you do gain the ability to fold it.
Best of luck

I would never expect to exceed the weight limit on either.
