ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 6/20/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/27/2023.

Prize:

First Prize (15): Fifteen (15) first prizes will be awarded. Each first prize consists of: one (1) Red Stripe-branded JBL Charge 5 Bluetooth speaker.

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each first prize: $149. Total ARV of all available first prize awards: $2,235.

Regional Prize Winners (4): Potential Regional prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries received as of the date and time of each drawing, to select one (1) potential winner per drawing date for each associated Festival as outlined below:

· One (1) potential regional prize winner selected on or about 6/25/2023 from all eligible entries received from among residents of FL for regional prize #1: Igloo (7/2/2023 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL);

· One (1) potential regional prize winner selected on or about 6/30/2023 from all eligible entries received from among residents of CT, MA and RI for regional prize #2: Levitate (7/7/2023 – 7/9/2023 in Marshfield, MA);

· One (1) potential regional prize winner selected on or about 6/30/2023 from all eligible entries received from among residents of NJ and PA for regional prize #3: BRT Weekend (7/7/2023 – 7/9/2023 in Atlantic City, NJ);

· One (1) potential regional prize winner selected on or about 8/28/2023 from all eligible entries received from among residents of FL for regional prize #1: Igloo (9/3/2023 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL).



Regional Prize #1 (1): Regional prize #1 winner shall be selected only from among eligible entries received from among residents of FL. Regional prize #1 consists of: two (2) General Admission passes to Igloo on 7/2/2023 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Seat locations, if applicable, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability. ARV of Regional prize #1 award: $80.



Regional Prize #2 (1): Regional prize #2 winner shall be selected only from among eligible entries received from among residents of CT, MA and RI. Regional prize #2 consists of: two (2) VIP 3-day passes to Levitate Music & Arts Festival 7/7/2023 – 7/9/2023 in Marshfield, MA. Seat locations, if applicable, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability. ARV of Regional prize #2 award: $978.



Regional Prize #3 (1): Regional prize #3 winner shall be selected only from among eligible entries received from among residents of NJ and PA. Regional prize #3 consists of: two (2) VIP 3-day passes to BRT (Beach Road Trip) Weekend Festival 7/7/2023 – 7/9/2023 in Atlantic City, NJ. Seat locations, if applicable, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability. ARV of Regional prize #3 award: $590.



Regional Prize #4 (1): Regional prize #4 winner shall be selected only from among eligible entries received from among residents of FL. Regional prize #4 consists of: two (2) General Admission passes to Igloo on 9/3/2023 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Seat locations, if applicable, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability. ARV of Regional prize #4 award: $80.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of a trip for two (2) to Atlanta, GA to attend the BeReggae festival scheduled for 8/11/2023 – 8/13/2023 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA, and includes: round trip coach airfare for two (2) people to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Atlanta, GA metro area (Friday, 8/11/2023 – Monday, 8/14/2023); and hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (Friday, 8/11/2023 – Monday, 8/14/2023). ARV of grand prize: $2,250.
