given the specs, the MSRP should be nowhere near $3700... Sale price is good though

I still remember the last deal with i7 was 739. I do not see any performance diff between these i5 and i7 (both are poor compared to mainstream cpus), so I think this is a better deal!

I will bite if they offer i3 model at $500, LOL

DOA 12th Gen and newer just completely destroy anything older. Intel finally had to wake up.

Destroy in what sense? For loading web pages or opening word docs and spreadsheet which is what the intended target is for this laptop? I don't think so.

This is a great machine. Check out the notebook check review. It is quite efficient.

Unfortunately according to that comparison, the i5 is not any more power efficient than the i7.

I'm always seeing deals on the LG Gram, which is what this laptop is supposed to be competing against. Would get the Gram in a heartbeat over this.

Ignore the MSRP. Lenovo is one of the manufacturers that uses the unsavory practice that's very common in a certain country where they list it for an absurd price just so you'd feel like you're getting a deal whenever it goes on sale or they send you a coupon for more than half off.

Even when it was released
