This used to be my favorite fragrance, and I was getting a lot of complements. I enjoyed it because it smells manly. However, the last 2 times I bought it, I have been disappointed. I am not sure if they changed the formula to cut costs, but it does not smell as strong and long-lasting as it used to.

I have bought it at this price many times from Walmart. It's the same fragrance as Abercrombie Fierce but pretty weak. Doesn't last long at all... Might be okay for an evening party in winter

This is a good price but definitely get the EDP. The EDT of this doesn't have good longevity competitively for the price.

Agreed. the EDP is worth the extra money. I think I got mine for $32 for the 3.3 bottle. Would likely give better performance than this whole bottle of EDT.

definitely and the fragrance is exactly the same, forgot to share that in my first comment. normally the EDP and EDT are different.

Great price for the large size bottle. I have a 2016-18 bottle and like everyone, the performance is poor. If you like this fresh, musky, shower gel type scent, then go for Afnan Modest Une which is a clone of Sauvage EDT. You can grab a 100ml for $30.

This used to be my go to, but I really like the Montblanc Legend Spirit now. I just don't trust buying cologne online so I just go to the actually go the Monte Blanc store.

Why? You odds of a knock off of a cheap fragrance are pretty low. Most of the discounters are just importers and there are a few reputable ones. Check out Jomashop or Fragrancebuy. WAY cheaper and never had an issue. Some of these Mont Blanc's are like $22 vs. $80. I don't think the performance is there for most of them at retail, but for $25 they are fine.

most likely reformulated.
You can look at it's flankers (obviously this 6.7 for 55 is hard to beat price wise) such as Legend Intense or Legend EDP. Granted its not 1 to 1 but Like usually it is with the better concentration of oil to alcohol ratio, the scent often will have a bit more depth and last longer.

Wait, this is a thing? At 45, I guess this is my thing for today.

I have my old 50ml EDT that I like but use as a 2nd or 3rd choice. The ref number is different by 1, but everything else looks the same.

I would say this is like 75% similar to Abercrombie. Still weak. Sadly nothing compares to the richness the old Fierce had.
