We've have this for 7-8 years. It seems well made but don't trust the base to keep it upright in a strong (50+mph) wind. A couple of ratchet straps and screw-in dog tie outs solved that it's been upright through all kinds of weather.

I filled it with water and have 3x50lb sand bags. I'm in CA so we don't get 50mph winds. Hopefully it last as long as you stated.

Bought this 7 years ago for $200. It's been solid. The backboard gives a little compared to a regulation hoop of course, but perfect for driveway ball. I need to move mine from time to time so I don't fill the base, just set several heavy blocks on it and it holds up at any height.

I have about 4 Walmarts within a 20 mile radius. Only the closest one had the sale. It shows unknown quantity on Brickseek as well but had about 7-8 and was able to snag one.

If you are able to check out online to see if you're able to do a pickup in store same day then that means they have it in stock.

You can use 45 lbs weights or cinder blocks and it'll stay in place

My base is full of water and RV antifreeze. It wouldn't be wise for me to put any sharp blocks or weights on it, else I risk puncturing it.
