Normally this is $248.00. I find it funny they say it is normally $349.99. So really this is this $49 off and not the $150 indicated. Regardless, this is the Lowest Ive seen in a year.

I ordered this one for my 11 year old daughter who is also trying to learn basketball at school. anyone has experience with this? what kind of basketball should I order for her? I personally have zero knowledge or experience with the sport
I've had this hoop for about 6yrs… it got a bit mangled in a recent storm when I didn't have it properly weighed down - happy to spend this for a replacement that I know will last - pain in the neck to setup - definitely need two people but well worth it

She should be probably using a 28.5" size ball.
Hoop is a very good hoop especially for the price. It's a decent size backboard. I had mine for like 6+ years until it broke from a storm. I should have lowered the height and put some more weights on it. Or probably should have just flipped it on its back. I live in MA with snow and low temps. I recommend putting sand instead of water so you don't need to empty it before the winter.
My backboard did not turn mild yellowish until like it was like 4+ years old and it was left outside all year. Guess you can try to cover it to protect it better in the winter.
