This stuff works great. It's safe for wood so I used it on the beams in my basement which had started to grow some kind of white mold. A year later, the treated area is still clear of mold.

If you need to treat a large area, 14.1 oz does not go that far so you might need to buy more than one can.

My Telsa has stinky A/C when first turned on due to mold & mildew in the climate control system. Apparently, the fix for this is to replace the passenger air filter AND spray the cooling coils of the A/C system with "Kool-it" to kill the mold and mildew in the system. Wonder if I can use it this stuff as a replacement for the "Kool-it" which runs like $15.

This stuff works great. I sprayed it in the air vents under the hood and it helped remove smells from the car. Don't spray into the air vents inside the car. It will dry up and have white flakes blow everywhere when you turn the AC or heat on. Creates a big mess

I got this from HD last night, haven't started using it. Is the one in OP better than ZEP for bathroom black mold on caulking in the corners?

it looks like the kool-it is just solvent based to physically flush things out, but it has foaming agents that probably help it get into the nooks and crannies.

the concrobium is just a 0.95% sodium carbonate solution; you can make your own at home if you have baking soda and a heat source (https://www.seriouseats.com/baked-baking-soda). A small spray bottle might actually be easier to get into position than the aerosol can. Or even soak a rag in it an thread it through your ducts with fish tape or something.

From what I've read, bleach is not the best especially on porous surfaces because it does not kill all mold at the root.
Vinegar is actually better, but this stuff is better than both.

FYI, check your local Lowe's online, a couple of them have this on clearance for $3.00.

Mold armor has bleach one that's super potent. Same price as this brand and better. Save a step 👍

I have a friend who finishes basements. He uses this on all mold. Its a lot less aromatic than other more aggressive products that require protective equipment. You can spray this and leave for an hour or two and work in the space after that.

I personally have this in a gallon jug that I can add to my sprayer with water and surfactant.

Use this in your shower/bath as needed.
