This player is Panasonic's very basic entry level player.
It does not offer their well known performance HCX processor and Optimizer.

I originally bought one of these for $97 a few months ago, but I returned it and got an Open Box Excellent Panasonic 420 model for about $150ish. It has the very well regarded HCX processor so it was worth it for me.
I've been looking for a nice price on a ub420 for a while

Keep watching for an Open Box Excellent model at nearby Best Buys (you can see that info online). IIRC, Best Buy had the (new) 420 players on sale at the time so that drove down the cost of the Open Box models.
