The V6 looks like it had 100 Air Watts and the V15 maxes out at 230 on Turbo. So you have over double the suction power. if you have a lot of carpet it would be a huge differance.

The difference is massive. It has 2.3 times the suction power of the V6 and it is quite noticeable. We have a dog that sheds a lot and we would vacuum our rug and carpeted stairs with the V6 regularly. It would pull hair out, sure, but nothing prepared me for what the V15 was pulling out. I vacuumed sections with the V6 right before using the V15 on the same spot and the V15 was pulling out so much extra hair and fine dust and dirt particles that we didn't know were there. It was practically pulling my rug off the floor at times.
The rest of our place is hardwood and the fluffy tool with the laser is no gimmick. It points out every last strand of hair and dust and is actually kinda fun to use.
The battery also lasts way longer on the V15 and it's nice seeing how much time you have left before needing a recharge.
Only downside is the V15 is much heavier than the V6. We'll still use our V6 for certain tasks for that reason. Also, the attachments that came with our V6 do not work with the V15.

V6 has a very short runtime and inadequate suction for my 1300SFT Condo comapred to the V8. It also is loud, and noticeably so in the higher pitch range.
The V8 is loud but very serviceable for cleaning one room at a time(2 cats, 2 dogs, carpet), but runs out of juice if I try to do the living room and bedroom.
The V15 is quieter, incredibly powerful (was picking up rugs I used to vacuum at max power on the V8), and I vacuumed what would normally take my V8 out of commission and had 60% battery left.
Overall, if you are looking to get more out of your vacuum, I honestly doubt you'd be disappointed. I didn't even realize how loud my V8 was until I used the V15 (again, while getting more suction out).
The only big downside is that the V15 is a bit bulkier than the V6 or V8, so fatigue might be an issue for some.
