Hand support thing is adjustable but does not go too low, it does touches my table and I am not able to tuck it under table when I am done using it but its okay no biggie
The one drawback is that because the seat of the chair is mesh, there has to be a solid frame. The solid frame curves down on the front of the seat and has a soft buffer, but the front corners curve up again too soon. I'm 5'10" male so I'm more comfy with my knees angled a little outward. When seated, this causes discomfort just above the knees once your legs lose circulation. Even with the height setting at its lowest, I still can't find a comfortable position without my legs resting on the hard front corners of the seat. The only workaround I found was to step on the casters of the seat base to elevate my knees--not ideal.
I am sadly returning the chair. With their marketing messaging about 'not cutting corners,' they should have done the opposite for this chair.
