Factory Seconds sale is usually a once-a-year sale.

"If a knife or other product doesn't meet our stringent quality-control standards, it is declared a Factory Second and removed from our first-quality inventory.
Typically, products are declared seconds because they have some kind of minor cosmetic flaw or because they do not satisfy a non-critical quality-control standard. While these flaws may affect the product's appearance, they do not compromise its proper mechanical operation. Regardless of the specific reason a knife is declared a second, it remains safe for normal use. To clearly differentiate our Factory Seconds from our first-quality products, knives are all marked with a small notch on the spine of the blade near the handle."

I was able to place my order after 3.5 hours of refreshing hundreds of times to complete the sale.

Thanks op.

There doesn't seem to be a good selection this year. I got a Yojimbo from the last one.

Welcome! I hope the company considers adding new batches every few hours to accommodate more buyers and ensure everyone gets a chance to purchase them.

The sale started around noon Eastern, but was supposed to be 11 AM which is when I logged on. I wasn't able to check out until 2:30 PM. They had the Yojimbo and the Yojumbo, along with many other models.

Saving money is great but not when you're trying have to invest all day to save. Waste of time every year the sale happens.

Nope, that's what is left of their inventory. They started yesterday at 10am mst and everything that was available was posted. As they sell out, they remove the knives from the listing. Great way to get a introduction to Spyderco knives at an awesome price.

Nothing of interest for me is left. I picked up a couple Resilience in S35VN a few weeks ago for $71 each when they did the temporary lift of MAP. I guess that was my Spyderco deal of the year.

I don't have a sense of how much these should cost.
