Be warned it's not actually 20". That's what kept me from pulling the trigger.

Do you think these are returns for silly reasons? Like "it wasn't as black as it looked in the photos, returned!" or "I couldn't fit more than what the description said I could fit, returned!"
Asking since I normally don't notice these highlights or warnings before but then I try not to shop too much or browse SD if I can avoid it.

Still can carry on bigger
The point isn't that it's a small bag (aka carry-on) but that it's about 2 inches smaller than listed on each dimension. Significantly smaller than most carry-ons.
They've always been decent lol. I don't think their quality has declined over the years. I still use the same Samsonite luggage Ive had years ago. Got something similar to this The other year too and I'm sure it puts up with plenty of abuse. Huge difference in quality from the garbage at tjmaxx and Marshall's. It's worth the price difference especially at this point.. There isn't much of a difference lol
I recently purchased this and the inside was smaller then I expected. I am returning it.
