Good looking out. You don't need a bench to work triceps. You need a bench to bench. I like doing wide grip at 6'4". That's what I need to work on the most.

I have this and can confirm. WAY too narrow. Don't buy.
I have a bench that is 44 inches wide and it's adequate but borderline. This shows a lot more narrow than that so if those picture dimensions are right … this is basically for really short people or youths. Respectfully I know everyone's body is different. I have an average size body maybe slightly broader shoulders and 6 ft height for what it's worth.

A rack has everything to do with where you put your hands if the uprights are exactly where you'd normally grip the bar. You either have to go wider or narrower.
