Looks like this power station is lacking fast charging. On Ebay Bluetti is selling a refurbished unit and has contradictory information. It states charges 0-100% in 2 hours, but also states wall charging takes 4-4.5 hours.

Reading further it appears you can both wall charge with AC and connect up to 200W solar panel to fully charge in under 2 hours.

Check out my new PS54!

This one seems to be an awkward middle ground, too big for just charging your small devices, but too small to actually run big appliances (household fridge) for very long.

It's a good middle ground for "content creators" that use multiple action cameras in a small space (vlogs, fishing, kid's sporting events), so you have power to keep the cameras running, and perhaps a fan or two. It fills the area between little power banks and those that can run your fridge for a few days. If it really did weigh at much as a 6 pack (as it says), it'd be even better. I have no idea what 6 pack they think weighs the 16.5 pounds that they list for the weight.

is LFP same as lipo4??
LFP = LiFePo4 = lipo4 (not really correct I think) = Lithium Iron Phosphate.

I'm not sure a middle ground exists. Everybody has different needs. We have a Jackery 300, with 293 kWh we use camping, and there are definitely situations where we could use more capacity, especially when we're using it to rn electric blankets. Especially with power output of 700w on this unit, that opens the door for high power devices that could run through power very quickly.

It all varies on how many people you have; how many devices you have; what is the power draw; how LONG do you need to operate these devices for; are you using it in combination with solar panels? And, of course, solar is unreliable. If you have devices that are critical to run (say a CPAP machine), you don't want to be without if it's stormy for a few days and you get little or nothing from solar.

Everybody is different. That's why whenever anybody asks about what is "best", I always tell them to start by adding up the power they need to run their devices and work backwards from there. Some people may only need to charge a phone or two for a few days. Other people have big fans and battery operated chainsaws and laptops and blenders and God only knows what else they want to operate for a week.

Having just suffered through a 3 day outage -and- finding out my high end battery backups don't charge well on non-pure sine wave generators, I was looking for something to insert in between. Only for "sensitive" and "important" circuits. The Jackery takes 7 hours to charge so I'm going to give one of these a try. Hopefully, between 200 or so watts it will charge at plus the battery backup it's in line with will keep my internet up next time.

After much consideration I have decided to jump on this deal. Although I own three other power stations, I think this one would come in handy for my laptops, phones, even small fans. And I like the fact that Walmart offers a 30-day return policy in which the item is returnable to the store. One thing is for sure, the price is right.

I'd have to say Bluetti provided exceptional customer service for me--had to return a defective unit. Good communication (assuming you're ok adjusting to the time differential and communicating via email) and I ended up with a replacement unit.

Would definitely buy from Bluetti again.
