This a good keyboard with extra G keys that are used as elgato macro buttons. Great price as well. Act quick, sale ends Thursday night.

I don't game, i have a qustion...
Do the macroses work on the keyboard itself? Meaning on its microprocessor. Can you assign some keystrokes to buttons without the driver's involvement? For example "hello world" is assigned to the upmost left key and even if you connect to a brand new computer it would type hello world when key is pressed

Well for $25 why not. it doesn't hurt to get two (1 for backup) and use the other one with my $150 laptop. At least now I don't have to worry about my dogs eating the key caps of my K95 platinum (they already lost me the the enter key numpad) and if they get this at least it's a $25 throw away compared to throwing away a K95 platinum.

In for 2.

I'll be honest, i actually prefer this over my Corsair K95. Mainly because of the waterproofing. If my other keyboard got wet, sometimes even small amounts, the keys would constantly activate like they were being held down, and i'd have to dry it off for a couple days, sometimes longer.

Edit: And for $25, this is low tier office keyboard price range. This and that Steelseries mouse that's been floating around for $10, and you got a decent keyboard/mouse setup. Nothing extravagant, but they'll hold up for a while.

I have this keyboard at work my boss bought it for me because it has macro keys the Corsair software is horrible and you need to update it constantly or it doesn't work.

No the keys are stored into an application and if you don't update the application every few months it will stop working so will your keys for the macros.
