From what I see, MonsterRax and SafeRacks are both owned by Eagle Industrial Group.
The pictures are the same, additionally a recent recall on the bolts used by both racks indicates that they are coming from Eagle Industrial Group: https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2022/Eagle-Industrial-Group-Recalls-SafeRacks-Monsterrax-Overhead-Garag... [cpsc.gov]

Good to know the info. 1 difference I see is 500lb monsterrax vs 600lb saferacks capacity.
