Just updating the thread, I got the offer in my home offers now and sucessfull signed up. Got the email from youtube as well. I opted for the $40 + NFL redzone since I thought it was worth it personally.

I also did get disconnected from chat right after the CSR put it in because verizon's website is horrendous (gave me a pop out to refresh or be logged out, and then cleared my chat).
The next CSR had no history of the conversation, and told me it's not possible to get the deal...lol.

The rep told me I couldnt get it but then told me they checked with their supervisor and added the "NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube on us" offer to my account. I had to review the order and everything. It felt like I was subscribing to a new plan or something, but everything looked the same for rates. I'm supposed to see an email in a few days but I feel pretty confident it'll go through now. Of course, most importantly no charge for it anywhere on my new monthly expected invoice. I already received the confirmation invoice with the NFL Sunday Ticket on us there as well.
