I'm in, the last set of 5 I bought found a leak the very 1st day. I told my kid "go put one of these behind your toilet" and she came back saying it keeps alarming. The tank to bowl bolt connection was only hand tight and dripping.

Have you integrated them with a smart water valve? You can program the water valve to turn off the water supply when a leak is detected.

No, good idea but we're home all the time and when we leave for vacations I shut off all the valves. With the deal they are about the same price as "dumb" alarms but have the ability to upgrade to wifi or smart valves later down the road if I choose. But I'm leery of anything smart home for security reasons.

I have 10+ of these and the new version placed around my house. They saved me from serious water damage 3 times in the last 4 years. I would consider getting the updated new version along with its gateway instead of these. They have a better connection with the gateway and seem to have better battery life. Gateway is a must for these.
