So thats actually a good thing since we can wait to see if better deals come along before it ships saving time and money by not having to return.
At $0.025 per GB even without DRAM this is a no brainer for anyone still in Gen 2-3 with and without the long wait time and a solid deal for external storage too. In for 2.

These were probably from canceled orders from folks who found a better deal releasing these back into the wild (they were this price a few days back for a short time too) until they sold out again. I noticed this when I cancelled my two orders which were like $37 they were thrown back out into the wild instantly.
Just keep an eye out and I'm sure they'll pop up again for $25 soon.
