I actually have been hesitating between a refurbished cheap desktop vs a mini pc at around $300. Mini PC has a noise and heating issue that I worry. Dell refurbished kind of old, at least a few years old with only win10. Last night there was a optiplex 7070SFf with i7 8700 & 32G memory & 512 SSD for 549 before 50%, but when I checked out it increased to 599. Price keeps changing.
This Lenovo one seems pretty good, less than $300.
