For anyone seeing this deal post in the future: Walgreens removed any acknowledgement of this promotion from the public-facing part of their website within hours.
As of July 31st, 2023 there does not appear to be any evidence of them honoring the promotion (in the form of users receiving the promised $15 Walgreens Cash.)
Deal states that it will take up to 14 days for Walgreens Cash to post.

Also, they seem to promise $10 in WAG cashback for $10 in-store pickup this Friday. Might try that, though it all stems from healthy amount of self-hate.

Aka you can tell the Walgreens app to send you all sorts of notifications, but you can also tell your phone in your notification settings to block everything from Walgreens, so Walgreens effectively yells into the wind.
The latter is what you need to enable, which is disabled by default.
-Double charged my credit card
-Canceled half of my pickup order before they should have, then when I called in to politely request to cancel the rest of it, they said I had to drive to the store to do so.
I deleted my Walgreens account and will never shop there again. I've never seen such an ass backwards, poorly run store in my life.
