i have had multiple versions of galaxy watches, and never had lag till Watch 5 pro, after one of the software updates. As it stands today, there is a lag, especially when you choose workouts. ordered this with a 250 tradein. let us see hwo it works out.

You still need to mail it back. If you don't like the Watch 6, you also can't return it to Best Buy.

could I trade in an S3 frontier that I have the boots up then freezes as "any device, any condition" ? or does it actually have to work?

You have to mail it in. Take a video of you boxing it up and sealing it. They said I sent in an empty box. Other have had the same happen to them. Samsung made it right but it's still a bit frustrating.

This. I sent in my ZTE watch and they sent an email stating the received an empty box and would charge me $70. Immediately called them and told them that I have a recorded video of packing and provide that as a proof. They said that they also had a video of box opening showing an empty box. In the end they canceled $70 charge. Someone at Samsung or their shipper, or receiver is def. doing this scam. Do record the video.

So I have an email from Samsung that was sent Jan of this year with the subject "A thank you gift for your first 100 days" that was supposed should have had the $25 eCertificate but when I opened that email it is all blank. I guess Samsung blocked it on their end or disabled or IDK what they did but that email is just blank for me unfortunately.

I have the 6 Classic 47 mm with 5 pro trade-in in my cart including the pre-order promo code and workplace savings. Once in check-out, the workplace discount gets removed "Workplace discount limit exceeded" and it goes back up to $129.99. Is there a specific step to get it stick?
