For the model number, if it starts with ZR, it means it is factory reconditioned (refurb) with a 1-year seller warranty. I'd avoid these unless you know that you are okay with getting products that are branded with "recon" burned into the tool, and that they may not come packed in original packaging (they might be packed loosely in box).
For anything else, they're factory blemished (like-new) and come with original manufacturer's warranty. Most people will have the best experiences buying these.
