It should come with a mediocre nylon "holster" yeah, but it's nothing to write home about.

I like my Wave+, it's really nice to have one-handed open/close blades on the outside, and it's a pretty good selection of tools all in one.

My biggest dislikes? The main plier pivot joint still hasn't really loosened up after 6+ months and no shortage of trying to break it in with various oils.. and the geometry of the wire cutters doesn't let them cut NM-B electrical (e.g. 14-2) wiring - it basically just mashes it and doesn't fully cut.
