FYI, Japan power adapter is same as US power adapter, so no conversion adapter needed.

If your worried about it Nintendo has refurbished ones on their site for almost the same price. I got a refurbed 3ds and wii u and it was basically new.

The best deal I have come across are the Japanese OLED (consoles only) on Ebay. I didn't really need the Joy-cons or chargers as I have an older model switch. You can get them around $200 is near perfect shape.

One I got recently was used but only needed a new screen protector. Took less than a week to come from Japan.

My wife decided to follow suit and bought a limited edition OLED console without the Joy-con's. She paid around $230 and it was brand new.

Anyway, point is, great deals on Ebay if you are looking to upgrade.

You aren't going to find free international shipping on places like Amazon Japan. These are domestic sellers selling domestically. Free shipping means factoring the shipping cost into the price which can't be done if they are shipping globally.

Best you can do is find a japanese seller selling on Amazon US. Since they are selling to the US market they have the shipping factored in if it states free shipping.

Thanks, I was wondering because years back when there was 6 Seasons of Game of Thrones I ordered the Blu Rays from amazon france they were multi language and shipping was free at the time. It came from overseas with custom slip on it ect...

I would have loved to buy some stuff from japan if shipping was free or low. But yeah I was just wondering in general and if there was a search option. I think I m just to greedy lol.

Yeah I think I got a Harry Potter Blu-ray set that way. Every now and then you see movie sets. I've never seen anything from Japan probably due to the cost of shipping. I send a package once every two months to Japan that's like ten pounds and it costs me over $100 Smilie
