100g paper weight is okay, but I ended up paying $1.50 more after coupon for 120g paper weight instead here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F68267F (these are typically around $14 so looks like they went on sale as well). I use these particular ones normally and have been very happy with them, especially the pen holder on the spine.

I don't know what wood free paper means (hemp?) but i like the amazon notebooks I've purchased to use for work and these are a little bigger at a lower cost. Giving them a try.

According to reviews measurements are not accurate, so it's actually smaller

I'm not familiar with fountain pens but 100g paper is pretty thick and the Q&As say the paper doesn't bleed.

21mm is bonkers small--there's no way that's right. One of the Amazon reviews shows pics with a ruler and says what they received was 8.5" x 5.625" x .75".
