Good write up but you should not be deducting the shop card from the cost, which is still 60 dollars and not 15.

No you can't, only if your account is already expired before March 31, 2023

Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

What law are you referring to? You need show an ID in order to receive your membership when you go into a Costco for the 1st time.

The details on Groupon said even if you were a secondary member you are not eligible for this offer
