Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

I don't fall into the trap again, they make any excuse and give you nothing.
Valid only for new members and those whose memberships (Primary and Household) expired prior to March 31, 2023.
YMMV but my Costco just requested proof of address, and even took an Amazon order invoice as sufficient proof. So there is a decent amount of leeway you have when you present to Costco which address is your household

I prefer Sam's Club since it has Scan/Go but this deal is too good to resist. I do like the free nitrogen air fill for your tires.
I decided to create a new Groupon account using another email address (it wasn't letting me use my primary address, maybe some sort of backend system lockup). But I wanted to make sure I didn't get processed twice. Checked my paypal order status and it said it was cancelled. I also sent an email to customer support, asking what the hell happened.
But anyway I gave it another try with a new account and it's now in Processing status again. Will update when this is completed.
