I would only buy this TV with a really good warranty I have the X90J and the panel went bad at about 15-16 months old and Sony wouldn't do anything to cover it. They did tell me I was free to go to Sony.com and and buy a new TV though so that was a awfully kind of them.
I'm buying LG or Samsung from now on.

In terms of specs Hisense is better, however reliability is in question. I would say, Sony is much more reliable with a better build quality. If you can get Hisense with 5 years warranty, then go for it.

Not too well..We have to close the curtains and rotate away from the sliding glass doors.

It's fairly reflective as it doesn't have an anti glare (or wide angle) layer.

I have this TV in front of window and it is not great in handling reflection. However, I decided not to return it as I got a great deal for 1200 in local store with 5 year's warranty.
