For me, lots of Pros. Biggest Cons are:
16:9 screen (Very noticeable)
SSD PCIe 3.0 instead of Gen4/4.0 (Likely not noticeable, just disappointing)

It's purely gamble. I bought 4 so far, everyone of them has some kind of issues that I know why were they returned. One of them are spread with oil and still in "satisfactory" condition. One of them missing charger for "excellent", one of the have weird noise in fan for "excellent". One is okay but for sure, all of them came with a broken ass box and missed everything other than charger itself

I'm on the fence at the moment. Might cancel and save myself the trip to return.

Thanks for convincing me about 16:9. I cancelled order.
I think this is a good deal for someone that likes 16:9 (Not me).

I'm sure the i9 can handle more. Since I run VMs locally, does anyone think I could upgrade myself?
/edit/
Per Google, looks like it's possible, but OP saying it won't match (for dual channel?), which I thought with DDR5 it didn't matter.
