Not sure how and where you are comparing to but comparing retail prices to HD, they are the same and a few even less. ie, EZClean Power Cleaner Chemical Nozzle Kit is $55 on HD, and DT its $45. I've been watching accessories for my 600 PSI Cordless and this deal is excellent.

They appear to have faked higher prices again on a lot of items

How much did you pay for your 600psi washer? I've been wanted to get one under $100, but couldn't find the deal.

Any feedback on the RY142711VNM electric pressure washer? Been waiting for a deal on a higher PSI electric and this seems decent. Reviews are all over the place on HD, most of them being promotional reviews and a lot of poor reviews regarding assembly process.

I was also waiting for the 18v 600psi to go on sale without success so I ended up buying the actual kit with included battery and charger for $136 tax and shipping included via ebay

What use case are you doing that needs the higher PSI and is 2700 enough? I am personally going the other way (higher PSI gas to lower PSI electric) just for the convenience however as just a home user, I don't think I ever did anything that warranted my gasser's full PSI.

Is the 18" surface cleaner too much for a 3100 PSI gas pressure washer? I know it says 3300-4200, but wondering if anyone has used it.

Be careful of advertising gimmicks. PSI is less relevant to most consumers than GPM. High PSI with a narrow nozzle damages surfaces. Most homeowner tasks are 600-1000 PSI or less with a 20-45 degree nozzle, preferably 2+ GPM. I like most Ryobi products but if you're looking for a decent electric, I'd look towards a Sun Joe.

The reason gas pressure washers are still in demand is due to their high GPM throughout the entire PSI range for the money. Fine print on consumer electric pressures washers say "up to" on the GPM. Electric push almost no water at high PSI unlike gas units. Commercial electric washers can push higher GPM but then you're talking thousands $. Electric has its uses (windows, car wash), lower maintenance, and quieter.

Appreciate the response. Nothing crazy... basic homeowner chores (driveways, siding, etc.) plus car/boat cleaning with a foam cannon. I have an older ~1600PSI electric and there are times where it seems like more power would help.

Thank you - great advice! I had read about higher GPM being important, but I can't seem to find electrics in the 2+ GPM range.

I have one of these and used it once and will return it. It just isn't very powerful. It was less effective than a garden hose nozzle at removing dirt and grime. It does use very little water compared to a garden hose though, so that may make it useful to someone. As something to wash the car with (or a boat deck), it's slightly better than spitting on it, but not much more.

I love this Ryobi battery, powered pressure washer and I got it another time. It was on sale like this price or cheaper.. I got it so I can use a pressure washer on the roof because I was using the big pressure washer that I would hoist up on the roof to clean solar panels eaves draw stuff like that. This model with the battery is in between a garden hose well my garden hose, and a full on normal pressure washer and for me.Works well for what I need
