There is a reason this is discounted.
I understand items vacuum sealed for size, shipping etc. but smells awful. Instructions say allow up to 48 hours to fully expand with ventilation during this time. Unless you are first moving in, where are you placing a 60x80 item to expand for up to 48 hours? Spare bedroom? Not in a full house. Garage? Unlikely. Intended location? Every item it touches smells like chemicals. Place the item outside? My option. Well, mother nature will cover it in some fashion. Haven't used the item yet.
Bro if you don't have a flat 5x7 space in your domicile you have bigger problems than an expanding mattress topper

Anyone know if these things actually work? I am always hot at night and often sweat while sleeping. Will this help or gimmick?

Buy natural latex, you will sleep much cooler.

Space? Who cares. Why does something for your bed, something your face will be a sheet away from smell of chemicals? There's got to be better safer choices.

It's not a deal if it compromises your health and the health of your family. Cheap and stupid is no way to live.

These are oos but for the "cooling" items in general it is a gimmick. If you have the air conditioning up and no covers on the bed these cooling things will really circulate that cold air and feel much cooler than other materials. But once you cover it, it's basically useless. If you have consistent issues with sweating you need a cooling pump thingy like Chillipad.

You've been sleeping on your old mattress for YEARS. I'm sure you can wait 2 days before sleeping on this one....

I bought the Queen and just set it up yesterday. It's comfortable and the cooling aspect is definitely noticeable.

Just got mine and even the 3inch feels paper thin.

Tried to look for some reviews online and found very very few.

Looks like a return for me.

Also got the 3 inch today. It's been sitting out for about 12 hours and hasn't expanded at all. The corners are flat and the surface is uneven.

I'll give it another day or 2 but I'm thinking it was sitting in storage for a long time and won't expand properly.
