Between medium and hot, depending on your individual tolerance for heat.

I chop up the peppers and use them in chili or quesadillas, and save the sauce to use as a topping, or to mix with mayo and slather on burgers and sandwiches.

I'm a lightweight with spicy...medium is about my tolerance... too much and IMO, it overpowers things, plus my arse hates me for it.
