I have a number of these as well.
Since they are BT BLE, they just broadcast their readings out every minute or so.

Those who have Home Assistant can read these values right into HA:

i have three different govee monitors and these h5075 are the best - better screen and better bluetooth.

the app isn't bad and govee products are not open-source-unfriendly.

Thanks! I have been using one for the past 2 years. I've put them in the fridge and freezer to check on the temp. It's nice that the app shows a graph for the temp and humidity

I live in an RV these keep my pipes from freezing because I know how far I can push it when the temperatures drop. Then with the previous year data I know how to prepare in advance.

Can one monitor these from long distance (or still receive notifications), if there is wifi in their location? I see it mentions bluetooth and that there's an app.
