Special Kitty 40# from Wmart is $12.88 and I get it delivered w/ W+ but I think it's free delivery after a certain purchase $ amount without W+. Clumps very well, no annoying strong fragrance, and relatively low dust.

I keep wanted to try that Walmart litter but the reviews overall frequently mention how much dust it has, particularly newer reviews seem to mention that the formulation has changed and now it is super dusty. Been afraid to try it as a result.

If you read the manufacturer product info, it says it lasts 50% longer: "16 pounds of Fresh Step Outstretch Long Lasting Clumping Litter lasts as long as 24 pounds of Fresh Step Multi Cat Litter", so this 2 pack should be the equivalent usage of 48 lbs of regular Fresh Step litter.

I just noticed something strange with this order. The sales tax is being collected on the pre-coupon full original amount. For all other items I buy from Amazon, sales tax is calculated on the amount after any coupon discounts. I THINK my cart showed the correct tax calculation if I remember when I was checking out, but I wasn't looking that carefully, but my order history and invoice definitely show the higher tax amount. My order history and invoice for other orders I've placed recently that haven't shipped yet all show the estimated tax as calculated on the correct post-coupon amount. Anyone else seeing the same thing happen with their order for this item?
