I was looking at the MP Voxel Pro deal and pulled the trigger on that since I wanted the enclosure. Researched a some past deals and found one for the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro. Just wanted to post for those interested as it's cheaper than the last FP deal.

Best 3D printer out of the box I've owned yet. Blows my Ender 3 pros out of the water. Perfect for someone starting out as well.
Silly that Amazon doesn't issue price adjustments. Buying/returning a new one has got to cost them more than the $10 that they could have just issued as a credit to all the recent purchasers.

Plus the environmental impact of shipping boxes this size on three total trips instead of just one.

Feels worth it for $100 less than the 4 pro unless you need the higher print speed.

The plus jumps to a 12.59 x 12.59 x 15.74 print bed for only 350 after coupon. Pretty incredible honestly.

The max is $475 after coupon for a 16.53x16.53x19.68 print bed. Do you by chance know the resolution of this printer (the 195 version)? I can't seem to find it anywhere...

Great first 3D printer. Comes with all the goodies that are typically on printers that costs $100 more. The only reason why I sidelined mine is because I got X1C with AMS.

I've been debating this deal all morning. I have had my eyes on the Ender 3 S1 for awhile now. Is there any reason ASIDE from price to get this over the S1. Initial scan from me seems like both are pretty much the same in components (direct fed filament, auto leveling, dual z motor, etc.). Is it maybe that Ender 3 Creality printers are more durable and reliable? Maybe more parts available when something goes wrong?

Been wanting to get into 3D printing for little things (tool holders, squat rack attachments). Are there any better starter printers? All the comments on any 3D printer posts are overwhelming with the upgrades and technical jargon talk

You should be able to get started printing without issues right away after leveling.

This comes already with a PEI bed plate which imo is the best upgrade you can do.

This or wait for the Neptune 4 Pro to hit amazon? The quality and speed on my ender 3 pro with mods isn't great.

I was in your shoes maybe 2-3 months ago. I had an Up Mini 2 for years. It was a very entry level printer and it honestly made pretty crappy prints but somewhat functional. Finally, after it started to stop printing 1/2 way through a print, I got an Ender 3 Pro second hand for very cheap.

Out of the box it printed really well as do most entry level 3D printers. What you find is there are alot of variables that come into play when trying to print plastics from bed flatness, etc.

Example: Auto Bed Leveler (like a BLtouch) are used to measure the flatness of your printing surface and automatically compensate during printing.

Most of the upgrades are designs to reduce those variables to make the printer more consistent. Most of that jardon will become second nature as you search groups for wondering why your part is not looking correct. Heck, a large portion of them are free that you can print from your own printer and install.
