Except all the dungeons are almost identical. Almost everything is identical. The whole scaling makes nothing different and the same dungeons occur over and over. It's actually perplexing this is what they created. The loot which Diablo is so famous for is also garbage.

Unless the discount is for a first party Switch game pretty much everything else will be $20-$25 come Black Friday.

Anybody have a cheap filler item? I was gonna use this to finally get Super Smash Bros, but it's $0.01 short.

Edit: cheapest filler item I could find was over $4 and then It charges separate shipping, so you have to pay that twice on top of the tax. Kinda kills the deal imo, my $59.99 game ended up being $51 after adding the filler item, the two shipping charges, and tax. I'll pass.

Correct! I only mentioned video games due to the original thread a month ago, but I do believe this coupon works for most first-timer $60+ purchases

Haha who knows? It seems their inventory sways pretty often. I got the PS4 cross-gen Diablo 4 yesterday because no PS5 version was available. Lo and behold, the PS5 version popped up today 😫 Maybe you'll get lucky in a few days for the Xbox version?

They really really messed up season 1 of D4. Season 2 doesn't start until October. There's no rush here. That's assuming S2 even fixes anything.

Have the cross gen version and it sucks. Starts downloading the PS4 version every time I start the system. Seems to be a PS5 OS issue Sonys been aware of for years but haven't fixed :/

On another note: this coupon is good on anything $60+ not just video games.

i keep hearing that but not sure what people are referring to? I haven't exactly been excited playing through it and feel it's more the actual repetitiveness in the game. I don't think a new season is going to fix that either. My first game purchase I've been somewhat letdown in a while, though. Maybe the hype was just more than it could ever deliver or the fact I had just finished my first run through FF16. It's a night and day difference in entertainment between the two.

There's basically no content after the campaign. The solution blizzard came up with was just to gate stuff and nerf everything. They walked back some nerfs but then went and made the core problem, the lackluster game play loop drastically worse / under rewarding. The game has a tiny amount of storage due to a major game design error (admitted on the fire side chats) of the inventories. Lag and rubberbanding can be huge problems. It basically has all the worst parts of MMOs and ARPGs and none of the good.

The cut scenes aren't even traditional cut scenes and I have no idea what all of that GBs of data is supposed to be for. Seems like just a dynamically created dungon crawler. Story is lame, at best.
