What is the difference between the two other than ram and no SD card reader?

Unless you want/need this particular form factor, you are better off with the better-spec'ed Lenovo (more RAM) for less:

Not sure if the Acer one has, but Lenovo doesn't have pice slot, if that matters

Also both of these Acer's have (2) HDMI Ports and I believe at least one of the HDMI ports is an hdmi 2.0 or 2.1 port so 4K@60hz.

I would go with the Acer since it is a MT and has more options for video cards if you are wanting it for a main machine.
Interestingly that the image includes a video card.

got one years ago and used any Ram of the right speed. still running great. hope Acer still the same great machines.
