Not worth it because there are better options (TLC and DRAM) for a little more...
Bought another 2TB P-31 (Gen 3 but it's fine) 2 days ago for $92, vs. the $70 this costs. Worth the upgrade IMO, especially for my work flow...
I have this drive and it's OK, but has lost health quicker than my MP33 did and my 3.0 970 Pro sustains faster transfer. For ~$5 more there are faster TLC options, including one from the brand that shall not be named.

I'm clueless on the "brand that shall not be named". How about some initials or something. LOL
Over the last 7-8 years, I've bought drives from Sammy, WD, SKH in different formats and sizes (SATA in both M.2 and 2.5, and NVME in M.2 obviously). No problems and they're all still in use.. Knock on wood...

PS - I won't buy QLC
SD doesn't allow deals from them, but the model is the UD90. Also, the Teamgroup MP44L, and the Leven JPS800 looks interesting but I'm unsure about quality and if it's TLC.

Someone else commented on it, and the quality sounds iffy. The nand is QLC, and I just won't go there, even if it is cheap. I'd just know that it was lower quality and want to put it on something better, so it would be money wasted.
Data is the most important thing. Your PC can die, but if you have your data, you're OK (financially it's a different story). QLC is just temporary storage (well, all mediums are ephemeral, but it's more ephemeral than any medium such as hard drives or TLC).
