Probably because everyone despises Bluetti's customer service and a referurb unit reminds them of that.

Great price though if you are willing to roll the BLuetti dice. Seems hard to impossible to beat this on Lifepo (which these are).

Does this have the inverter overload issue like the eb3a? Can you use it in UPS mode?

Trying to do a return on a Ecoflow certified refurbished right now and the square trade insurance is a joke. They gave me the run around and then basically my only option is have a local repair shop work on it and hope they repay me minus a "deductible". I'll never buy a power station with square trade insurance and probably will stick to Costco or stores

Are you talking about a return within the 30 days or a warranty claim?

Bluetti get a bad rap, but these eBay refurbs come with an Allstate 2 year warranty that is generally pretty good. Better than Bluetti's direct CS, from that I've read. 2k watts for $689 for LifePo4 is hard to beat.

pass through charging means output is always on battery, nothing to switch
