Although title says 72 bars, description says 12. Probably gong to get the 12. You could probably argue with support and get it for free... but I wouldn't want the hassle

Yes, that's what the reviews are saying. They will refund you for these if you complain, but it will be a "concession" that will be recorded on your account. Too many of those and too many returns can result in a permanent ban. Not worth it.

They should pay for the mistakes not buyers fault they can't and/or won't fix the description.

In the ideal world, yes, but Amazon is a giant machine. They don't have a human looking at every return to see if it's justified due to their fault. Everything is run by algorithms, including bans. In this case, everyone here now knows that they will get 12 bars, so you decide if getting those 12 mini bars for free is worth the concession that will be recorded on your account. I save these for times when I really need them.

Like I said, Amazon doesn't care. They will refund you and count it as a concession. They don't know if you did something wrong or not. You can buy an unreturnable food item and call them and tell them that it is stale. They will refund you. They don't know or care if it is actually stale or not.

Too many returns and concessions can result in a permanent ban. I'm not saying it will happen to you, but just search the Internet for Amazon bans and you will come across plenty of stories.

This is really interesting, I had no idea they kept track and implemented bans. I assume it doesn't happen often, since they do make mistakes and I'm sure everyone has received a refund or two. This is more likely for the handful of people who abuse the policy and ruin it for everyone else.

I have done these so called concessions over 50 times just on one account, and probably around 80+ times on my main account, both connected. It's usually with food stuff, or dog food stuff, to either get another for free or if there was a shipping issue...never any issues...

And if you due get closed, go talk to them and they'll reopen your account if it's legit stuff you're complaining about. Otherwise it's not difficult to start another account...

Why is everyone such a pansy these days?

Don't go by others stories online lol. That's why you think you know but you actually are totally wrong.
