Have had these for something like 4 years, bought extras thinking tube don't last long and haven't had to bust into the extra yet and they're going strong

The best tubes for floating down rivers. This is a FANTASTIC deal. Usually in the $20 range. Thanks OP and everyone get your float on.

according to this video you can use it for sledding.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJqDsKJ7ruY
but thats more of an advertisting than a review.

IMHO if the snow is packed and there is nothign like sharp rocks or branches to scratch it. I don't see why you can't use it for sledding.

I just ordered 4 will give it a try for sledding. once winter come

Materials get very stiff and brittle at snow temps. You can try, but be aware that it may pop or tear.

Also, it has a mesh bottom. All the snow tubes I have use a solid bottom.

Has held up for over 3 years and several family members/friends over 220 have used. Holds up fine in the shed over winter without any extra care to packing. Very worth it.

I didn't want to pay for shipping, and the nearest Dick's is pretty far from me (and they only had one of the XL rafts). But I found a 2-pack of the XL rafts for $29 [ebay.com] from an eBay seller, free shipping. I bought the two-pack. Might be harder to return than at a brick and mortar store, but I don't think it's easy to return these regardless. For $14.50 apiece and free shipping, I'm OK taking a chance

IMO, these are the tubes to get if you're going to do "standard" river tubing, these are the tubes to get and $10each is a fantastic price.

I've bought about 15-20 over the last 10 years for myself and friends. About 10 years ago, average prices were $10-$15 with some deals being $8-$10. In 2020 because of supply chain issues and everything else going on, these sky rocketed to $30-$40 with some deals being around $20 (if you could even find it). So, $10 is a really good deal.

The intex pump is still a pretty good value, I think it's under $20 ? I got mine for $11 which was going rate many years ago. There was a company on Amazon who was making heavy duty canvas covers for these tubes (can't remember the company or if they're even around anymore). They cost $60 for the cover. Friends would get on me about it. But, I've got about 20 uses so far out of my tube that's 10+ years old and I exceed the "weight limit" of the tube. Better than walking!

Other things to consider:
- Some river tube places WON'T let you take your own tube
- If you're going on 1 tubing trip, maybe rent. Or, I guess at $10, it's essentially disposable if you only want to use it once
- These are very similar to Bestway (?), but I've only had experience with these and they are pretty durable for what they are
- The large floating cooler is very awesome (rectangle. the smaller one is round)

have fun on the water!
