I've heard that about Logitech mice but I've never had that problem with any that I've owned. The ROG Spatha X comes with a screwdriver and two spare switches. I saw a video that showed some blue switches that could be swapped for a different feel. Besides those items it comes with a soft case and two power cords in case you want or need to run it wired. I'm still deciding on the button mapping but so far I'm very happy with this mouse. The charging base is the receiver for 2.4 GHz. Personally to me I use a palm grip and it sits my wrist lower than I would have thought. For the first time in a long time I might consider a mouse pad with a wrist rest. It isn't a deal breaker for me because it also allows me to have my elbow a little lower and it feels a little better on my shoulder.
