The last time i bought "titanium" 3 for $5 from walamrt from a deal here, they turned out to be titanium coated very thin useless coat. They were only sharp out of the box but with light use gradually became dull. I use them for paper and thin cardboard. I no longer care for titanium anything. Only stainless steel. I'd like to replace my very old pliers. How's husky pliers are these good enough or should i look for something better.

What the heck does Husky know about scissors? I suppose with the warranty it doesn't really matter.

If you're looking for great scissors, we've been happy with the three pack deal on Westcott Titanium that pops up on SD.

I love Wescott Titanium scissors for household usage.

Believe it or not, Husky knows about heavy duty scissors. These are the best for garage or warehouse work.

I have a utility knife I got from Harbor Freight that can be operated like that, one handed. These ones, however, would require two hands to close unless you have great manual dexterity due to the locking mechanism. The Harbor Freight knife has the mechanism as a button you push with your thumb whereas these ones you have to push down on the "spine".
