I ordered the 2TB for $79.99 with free shipping. Waited for the WD SN850X to come back on sale but heck I aint using the drive for gaming and Gen 4 is good enough for my use case. Was about to post here but looks like got beat to it.

Dram? Only 600 TBW durability is quite low compared to others at 1200 TBW.

Its a better drive and a better deal in my eyes. I pay 2 bucks more to avoid a mail in rebate any day.

Yes, it has DRAM. 600 TBW is pretty normal for 1TB...it's literally the same as 980 / 990 Pro and sn850x.
