Does not have a 12vhpwr port on the PSU itself, but it comes with the cable that converts 2 8-pin connectors to a 12vhpwr connector. Since the cable only has 2 8-pin connectors, if you are using it with RTX 4090 FE, you have to buy a 12vhpwr cable that splits into 3 8-pin connectors.

No 12VHpwr on unit should not be ATX 3.0/PCIE 5.0 compliant. Every damn time one of these deals comes up I think I can finally upgrade my PSU.....

This is cheaper on Newegg (also $180 + $15 rebate & CB potential). In any case, I do not recommend this PSU at this price range. Originally installed one of these for a Lian Li O11 Mini build but it was way too loud; ended up going with a different PSU. You don't need 3 PSU side plugs for proper 12VHpwr, ie 600W to your GPU end for this PSU. Corsair supplies up to 600W. The 3 and 4 octopus adapters are to support PCI spec of 150W. Most modern PSUs supply way more than that, ie 300W. People with the Corsair adapter have been using it fine.

I don't have a 4090, but a 4080 with a RM850x and a sleeved version of the 12VHpwr cable and it works with no issues.

I'm looking to build one with the same case Lian li o11d mini. Any recommendation on the psu with 850?
