Ordered the $7.49 one, there was one left. Got an email that it was canceled and gave me a coupon code for $10. So I ordered the $9.99 one and got it free. Now that's a slick deal.
This is crazy, but I've heard of people using these while traveling. I get it and I'm tempted to try. It's like a fanny pack x10.
It's not crazy if it works

I imagine it depends on where you go, but I imagine pick pockets would have a hard time with the pockets being on the front.
That's not why, it used for travel to save on baggage fees. If you are only allowed a personal item you can stuff a bunch of things in the pockets and be able to bring more stuff with you without paying for a bigger bag.

I have a photo vest and scottevest and want to try this. Scottevest is better than the photo best, better organization, but the iPad pocket is a bit silly. They can work, don't know about this exact one.

I could see this useful for camping trips if you want to do some hiking and picture taking but don't need a backpack

Anyone know if these run big, small, or true to shirt size?

I've been wearing these for years. I have a tendency to load them up like an apocalypse bag. Enjoy

I ordered one to give it a shot while working on ladders. Lots of pockets for screws and small hand tools. I'm hoping to be able to hang my M12 impact and drill off of the two clips.

thanks OP - in for one at local pickup, got the last one. Plan on stuffing the pockets with batteries and attending Bengals/Browns games with the intent of putting welts on stripes. Or just having stuff at hand while on a ladder Wink

I was thinking about getting one for dog walking but with traveling it's double the value. Sold.

Yes, it works best for photography with organization in the various pockets for extra filters, lenses, cables, etc. As a travel vest (I have something somewhat similar) I find that I tend to use the largest pockets and not the really small ones.
The small pockets used to be immensely useful for carrying extra rolls of film, and a spare set of batteries (which would last for months/years in an SLR, but unless you got one of the manual SLRs (hand-crank film advance) the camera completely died if it ran out).

The dedicated photo vests tend to be better sized for things like lenses and filters. With the more expensive ones having better weight distribution; kinda like the military vests. But unless you've got gobs of photography gear, this will do just fine. Looks like they have D-rings and velcro straps for adding extra stuff you can't fit in pockets. I will add that the mesh back makes a huge difference in warmer weather.

I got these for my niece and nephew halfway through a vacation road trip. The first half of the trip they were constantly handing me stuff to hold for them (phones, pens, guide books, snacks, etc). Second half of the trip they carried all that stuff themselves.
