I have a hunch that QLC 1TB could be $20 on Black Friday
1tb isn't worth the slot regardless, get the 2tb.

It's called deflation. Basically, customers drive the price down, and companies are forced to lower their prices. This can cause all sorts of issues starting with mass lay offs and ending with bankruptcy. Deflation can easily cause economical collapse if not taken under control quickly.

P41 2TB is a better buy at $69.99 - Simply search "P41 2TB" on Amazon

370TBW Endurance? Yikes
This is always getting brought up, but it's only an issue for niche use cases that you would never have considered this drive for in the first place.

370TB = 100GB erased and rewritten per day, every single day, for over 10 years. Do you think you will be using this low end 1TB SSD in 10 years? I'm personally not still using my 128GB Crucial M4 from 2012. Are you erasing and rewriting 10%+ of a given drive's capacity every single day for years on end? If you do, you should be looking at enterprise/server grade gear.

Check with crystal disk info to see how much you've really written over what period of time.

Fyi intel doesn't ship it with the 3mm screw you need for your motherboard to install it. Your motherboard should have come with extras unless like me you threw away the extra bits.

If this happened last week or the week before then this would be an alright deal. Yet, with the PS5 Plus pricing earlier today (got two!) and other deals? Oof.
What did I miss w/ the PS5?

Ah, sorry--P5, not PS5. Crucial P5 Plus 1TB hit $30 direct from crucial.

Wowzers 😳... I could've sworn this SSD was $65 a few months ago. I would consider this deal pretty slick...
