For those that don't know, the i5-12600KF has no integrated graphics.

A solid 6P+4E CPU paired with motherboard and RAM at a solid price. Will require a GPU, but otherwise this looks like one of the more competitive Intel bundles relative to the plentiful $200-ish AMD bundles that have been available (such as prior MicroCenter CPU+MB deals).

2 would be better than 1. It's a budget setup and that's probably the compromise they had to make for the price. It's also pretty slow Ddr4, it's not hard to find a cheap 3600+ 2-stick setup. I'd have liked to see 2 but I'm not really in the market. This a great deal for a solid build.

Yes, good match for sure. Either gpu, 3070/80, would do well with this, but you'd be better off with a 2-stick ram configuration. It's not a waste for with cpu or gpu to be used together. It always comes down to which games you play, so it's impossible to be 100% confident, but with most AAA titles this mobo/cpu with either gpu can run high frame 1080p or smooth 1440p. 4K is more of a gpu limitation and the cpu here will do fine.
