They must have changed the coupon - if it was 40% off the total for me would've been $41.99; here is the order summary from my order:

Also the center bracket sits pretty far back and doesn't really go high enough that you can have monitors underneath it without being partially blocked. I ended up making my own bracket so my center monitor sits higher.
It took a little work, but I managed to get this to work for what I wanted (two 24" monitors side-by-side and a 19" tv/monitor centered above them)

How did you get 45%off I only see 30
Look at the coupon savings - that is where I got the 45%
45% of $69.99 is 31.4955
So I paid $38.49 (IE $69.99 less the 45%)
